Why wouldn’t just hire a full-time designer?
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
How does the Membership plans work?
We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into your design team’s queue in the order that they are received.
On average you’ll receive graphic designs or revisions in 24 hours (this applies to designs like social media posts, web banners, and single-sided print designs). If you’ve got a more complex task, let us know and we’ll provide an estimate on how long it’ll take.
If you need faster outputs the Powerhouse plan is the way to go, two simultaneous requests can be done and up to 4 members of your team have access to the membership so everyone can submits design requests.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
It’s important to note that for complex, long-term projects such as a 300-page full-color book with photos and illustrations, or a complex website, the timeline may extend beyond a month. These projects require careful planning and execution, and our team will work closely with you to provide an accurate estimate of the timeframe needed to bring your vision to life successfully.
By keeping the lines of communication open and setting realistic expectations, we ensure that every design project, whether large or small, is handled with the utmost dedication and craftsmanship.
What does unlimited graphic design mean?
With our unlimited graphic design services, you no longer have to worry about hourly rates or per-project charges. You can create as many design projects as you need, and we’ll efficiently complete them in the order you set. Once a project is finished, we’ll swiftly move on to the next in your queue, ensuring continuous progress.
Our service encompasses unlimited requests and revisions, meaning you can make as many design requests as you desire. How do I create a design request?
Just fill the form in your Dashboard, and after 4 easy and intuitive steps you’re done. You can access this form vía desktop and mobile so you can make requests on the go.
What details should my design request include?
For best results, always include these details: size, orientation, format (print, digital, or video), preferred colors, inspiring designs, and copy of the text. The more descriptive it is, the fewer revisions are needed. But don’t worry, all this information is provided through a guided form, we take care of the technical details.
How fast will I receive my designs?
We work on your requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into your design team’s queue in the order that they are received. Your team then works on delivering them.
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Simple projects have a 1-2 day turnaround time. Meanwhile, complex tasks such as custom illustrations, web/app, infographics, multi-page booklets, and pitch decks can take more time. Most simple revisions can be completed within one day.

No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

Who are the designers?
Muhaus is actually an agency made up of a one-man army and a small remote team. This means that you will work directly with me, the founder. However, requests for enhancers, such as animations or custom artwork, are provided by partner designers.
Why don't you offer live sessions or weekly video calls with the monthly subscriptions?
To achieve optimal delivery times for your projects, we use proven synchronous methodologies in addition to a 100% remote framework, no more synchronizing calendars between multiple partners, we work on the go so you can validate your ideas as soon as possible.
¿Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, no refunds will be issued for the paid month.
